The one activity that everyone must know other than walking is swimming. It should be made a compulsion for all.
I wish to learn swimming merely for fun and I so miss my childhood days when I used to get a chance to take a dip in water when we used to go for school picnic in water parks.
But I have never learned swimming as a professional. Swimming also is a great exercise for your body. I feel it should be an activity that must be included in schools too.
I don’t know why sports and such healthy activities are never given importance since our childhood in our country. You see we still had a better childhood but I see kids today, just eat junk, laze around with phones and I-pads and are getting obese.
We still used to run and play outside but still we have so many health issues starting in 20’s itself, imagine these kids how would they be when they grow up.
I feel sports and activities like swimming should be considered important and parents and school should take such activities into consideration.
I feel this because I too missed such activities and I so want them now to be a part of my life. I miss to get soaked in water, and swim till the time I want. Thinking it makes me feel relaxed imagine actually getting into water and swimming would be so relaxing.
Imagine going on a beach and swimming and then getting dried up in the sun lying on the beach and getting tan but who cares when your soul and heart are having the best time…
Such ideas make me feel so good especially during this lock down…
