I know I am not keeping up with my blog and blogging A to Z needs to be done everyday on time. I am aware this does not look good for my blog and it gives a wrong impression. But I will soon prove it that I can be very much passionate about blogging (I still am) the only thing is I am caught up in a lot of things at the moment.
Anyway, let’s jump to our topic today. Treat your body well. I have blogged about this topic in the past as well. Leaving the link down below
Treating your body right is important for not just a healthy body but also a healthy mind as well. People’s perception about treating the body well is different and that’s okay. Like for some doing diets and going gym does not make them feel right because they wish to be as they are and don’t wish to follow the crowd who is all into fitness and skinny trends. They don’t feel its right to exert their body into something they don’t believe and exploit their body just because people are judgemental or want them to lose weight and get into the shape the notion that society has come up with
Whereas for some, treating body right is eating right, going for walks and working out in gym everyday. Eating only healthy food. Taking proper care of their body.
My point is, when I say treat your body right, first make sure you are happy with your body, if not and if you wish to take proper steps then go ahead. But if you are happy then why push your body and yourself and exploit your body just to fit in the crowd where you think you don’t even belong to?
Treat your body right means to treat the way you want to treat it, keep it healthy and content you wish to keep it. Be happy with it the way you wish to keep it.
But to be honest, everyone needs to set certain limitations when it comes to junk food and laziness. One must try to adopt at least some kind of healthy habit in order to keep your body active and working. Be it even a short walk, but go for it, if you wish to do yoga, go for it, any kind of physical activity won’t harm you, you will only feel better not only physically but also mentally. Drink enough water to keep yourself hydrated, don’t stress your body and mind into something you don’t wish to do.
I would like to know what you think about treating your body right? How do you practice it?
